These Games Are Now inside the Video Game Hall of Fame

The first inductees for your "World Video Game Hall of Game" have already been revealed. No surprises here, as classics like Pong and Pac-Man made the cut, along using the relatively recent World of Warcraft.The full number of first wave inductees from The Strong Museum's Hall of Fame is below.Doom (1993)Pong (1972)Pac-Man (1980)Super Mario Bros. (1985)Tetris (1984)World of Warcraft (2004)These six games were pulled from your pool of 15 finalists. Games which were passed over include Angry Birds, FIFA, The Legend of Zelda, Minecraft, The Oregon Trail, Pokemon, The Sims, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Space Invaders.
These games still employ a shot at induction towards the Hall of Fame, as nominations for your class of 2016 are going to be Kronos 3 Gold accepted through March 31, 2016, with voting to check out sometime later.Inductees with the World Video Game Hall of Fame include games that "have enjoyed popularity spanning a sustained period and have absolutely exerted influence around the video game industry or on popular culture and society generally speaking." A panel of journalists and scholars ultimately determine which games result in the cut.
