World of Warcraft: Cataclysm closed beta begins

Earlier now director Sam Raimi spoke at length around the upcoming World of Warcraft film adaptation. But for  those who'd rather play than watch, Blizzard today began broadcasting invitations to test the massively multiplayer  role-playing game's upcoming expansion, Cataclysm.

Cataclysm is World of Warcraft's third expansion, following 2007's The Burning Crusade plus the following year's Wrath with the Lich King.
